Home Inspections – The good, the bad and the ugly will be found during a home inspection. But you need a Home Inspection! Regardless of how handy you may be you still need a Home Inspection to know what you are getting into.
We recently had an out of town client who felt they did not really want a home inspection. We pushed and he gave in. Good thing. The crawl space had a stream running through it. Yes, a stream.
The Good is that we found the problem and that the seller had a professional fix it.
The bad….our client wanted us to check it out and confirm what the home inspector had found. Mandy got all suited up and went under the house into the crawl space. How many realtors do you know would do this for their client. We were not offering advice, just confirming that there was running water under the house.
The ugly? The suit after we got it all muddy.
