Mandy Buchholz

Mandy Buchholz is a successful realtor for both residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Nashville area. As a Realtor, she was one of the first in the country to receive the GREEN Certification from the National Association of Realtors.

Ms. Buchholz is currently a member of, and ambassador for, the Greater Cool Springs Chamber. As an ambassador she has been instrumental in the growth of the Chamber.

Mandy Buchholz has been an avid animal advocate for many years and a Williamson County resident for 10 of the 20 years she and her family have lived here in Tennessee. To give you an example of her dedication to animal welfare, while showing property, she and her realtor team came upon a dog running loose in an open cow pasture. This greyhound had been missing for over 2 weeks and was near death when captured by the team. Yes, she chased down a greyhound for over 1.5 hours. The rescue was featured in the local Spring Hill/Thompsons Station paper. Ms. Buchholz has fostered and adopted pets through not only the Williamson County Animal Control, but other rescue organizations.

Diane Osowiecki

Diane Osowiecki and her husband Bob have been involved with real estate for many years, including Bob’s time as a Building Supervisor when the couple lived in Connecticut. Diane is a successful Realtor with her own team, Diane O and Friends.

Ms. Osowiecki has her broker’s license also has received a number of designations while a realtor, including being one of the first 50 in the US to receive the GREEN designation. She also is an Accredited Buyers Representative, E-Pro, Senior Real Estate Specialist, RCS-Divorce. What does this mean to you? That Diane is dedicated to knowing the latest technology and legal aspects of property purchases and sales in the State of Tennessee.

Diane has extensive business experience working with fortune 50 companies in marketing, advertising, public relations and quality management and process improvements. Ms. Osowiecki has her Master degree in Organizational Effective and has won awards in both quality and process improvement and implementation programs.

Ms. Osowiecki is involved in a number of volunteer organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Kiwanis.
